The practice of the emissive covering to deficit of the municipal budget of the urban distric

On the basis of the study of the methodological aspects of deficit spending, conditions and order of release by municipal formation - the urban district of securities is based the treatment of the emission of municipal bonds as the special form of the realization of financial-credit relations. The content of these relations - systematic exchange of the bills of borrower to the cash resources of the participants in the financial market on the recurrent, paid and urgent basis, who supplement their own budget receipt of municipal formation and are used to covering deficit of the municipal budget.
