Methodological aspects of adaptation of regions in national economy modernization

In article methodological aspects of development of region are considered at modernisation. It is shown that forming of new economy is based on constant generating of various aspects of life. In this connection, distribution of innovative development occurs on type development diffusion in some stages. The poet in region development it is necessary, that the centres of innovations, original kernels of innovations, first, were allocated, secondly, differently the scale centres of innovative activity as soon as possible developed.
