About effectiveness of gemba-management organization in banks

In the article experience of application of the Japanese concept "Gemba kaydzen" in human resource management of commercial bank is considered, the algorithm of introduction of this method with a view of improvement of quality of bank services and optimization of expenses is offered. The self-discipline, system of helps, and also application of a method of calculation of a key indicator of efficiency of KPI along with standardization of bank operations in management of the bank personnel will provide reduction of operational risk and increase of a level of quality of the offer of services of commercial banks.
