Problems of trade financing by commercial banks

In the article it is noted that financial management in the credit organization differs the special specifics following from essence of bank and the directions of its activity. This fact influences bases of the market competition that is especially relevant at Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization. Attempt to open specifics of strategy of modern development of national banking system; use of new methods of banking is presented.
