Problems and ways of reducing risks for operations with payment cards

The article notes that the increasing number of transactions with payment cards leads to the emergence of different risks that bring huge losses to financial institutions (banks). This article is devoted to the examination of the risks arising from transactions with payment cards. The main barriers to minimize the risks of transactions with payment cards have been found. The made examination has confirmed above-noted problems. Also in this article, the author has proposed and justified the development needed to build an effective system of risk management.
