Securities in resource base and capital of commercial banks

In the article issue activity of the Russian credit organizations in the share market and bonds is studied; communications between issue of securities and the bank capital are characterized; the comparative characteristic of subordinated bonds and other bonds issued by bank is given. The conclusion is drawn on decrease in a role of debt securities as a part of bank obligations at the expense of reduction of bills and certificates.
