In the article the Feasibility Study (FS) as the main investment document is a starting point in making decisions on implementation of investment projects are considered. Efficiency of invested funds depends on quality of the feasibility report. Now lack of regulation and quality control of the feasibility report is an actual problem of the investment environment. In this regard, creation of system of state regulation of quality of the feasibility report, and also institute of the self-regulating organization of consulting activity can promote development of effective investments and economy as a whole.
