In the article the opportunity of realization of the complex approach for realization of an estimation of economic efficiency of use of various ways of updating of a fixed capital of the enterprise is considered. For this purpose it is offered to generate the economic-mathematical model including criterion function, and the restrictions providing definition of industrial expediency of process of updating of a fixed capital of the enterprise.
