Subject This article describes the financial mechanisms that contribute to the development of the country's construction industry and defines their role in housing construction.
Objectives The article aims to identify the most significant financial mechanisms in the current trends of the construction sector's development.
Methods For the study, I used the methods of logical and statistical analyses.
Results The article defines structural changes and priorities for the development of financial mechanisms in Russia's construction sector.
Conclusions The article concludes that the most significant financial mechanisms at the moment are those that are involved in the housing sector. The key role of financial mechanisms in the development of the construction sector of the Russian Federation is to increase the availability of financial resources for both developers and buyers in the housing cluster.
