Subject This article explores the working methodology that defines the function principle and properties of an automated business process management system to further integrate artificial intelligence into its information environment.
Objectives The article aims to develop conceptual approaches and methods to solve the problems of automating organizational structure management systems using artificial intelligence.
Methods To justify the theoretical generalizations and reason the conclusions, I used the methods of structural-functional comparison, situational analysis and synthesis, economic diagnosis and monitoring, as well as particular methodological tools of modeling economic phenomena and empirical factual information.
Results The article presents an original version of the automated business process management model in the context of the subsequent management of artificial intelligence.
Conclusions A methodology based on human motivation management and unlocking the full potential of people's intellectual resource should be used at the heart of technologies that unlock the multifaceted capabilities of artificial intelligence. The effectiveness of this methodology and the business process management system implemented on its basis is largely determined by the goals and scope of implementation. The highest value is achieved at large enterprises with the largest number of business processes, since this is the category of economic entities that need a radical revision of the basic principles of their functioning, control, and adoption of operative and strategic decisions.
