Subject. The article deals with the formation of organizational structure of the banking ecosystem.
Objectives. The aim is to develop the organizational structure of the banking ecosystem as a set of formally distributed responsibilities among divisions, designed to implement efficiently functional processes, facilitate management, and encourage innovation.
Methods. The study employs the methodology for organizational management that considers external and internal conditions of the financial institution. The design method involves the determination of core elements of the organizational structure based on the approved system of objectives for the banking ecosystem.
Results. The paper underpins the "Six Ps"organizational structure of the banking ecosystem, consisting of six conditional organizational modules: "Board", "Platform", "Partnership", "Processes", "Products", "Support". The structure reflects the optimal resource delegation arrangements within the banking ecosystem, ensuring the required integrity and coordination of activities, and facilitating the rapid response to changes in the external environment. Each module, with its technological resources, performs a set of procedures and functions that can constitute the final set of operations. The relative autonomy of modules creates prerequisites for reducing the distance between management levels and shapes conditions for increased accountability.
Conclusions. The application of the "Six Ps"modular organizational structure enables efficient allocation of functions and responsibilities of commercial bank’s divisions as part of the implementation of the banking ecosystem model.
