Subject. This article discusses the financial resources for Russia's development and technological sovereignty attaining.
Objectives. The article aims to identify financial resources for Russia’s advancement and technological sovereignty attaining.
Methods. For the study, I used analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, and the logical and systems approaches.
Results. The article describes possible financial resources for Russia’s development and sovereignty attaining, which the public authorities do not use properly to the full extent and offers minimal domestic financial conditions for the successful development of the country and technological sovereignty attaining.
Conclusions. The identified financial resources will help Russia develop successfully and remain a sovereign country, however, for this, it is necessary to change the current model of economic development. The results of the study can be used by financial and banking employees, public authorities, as well as research and educational organizations.
