Subject. The article addresses hybrid digital platforms, being today a key tool for building innovative banking ecosystems. They contribute to the development of the financial market, bank competitiveness, and meet customer needs.
Objectives. The aim is to consider technological, operational, and strategic aspects associated with building a hybrid digital bank platform, and to explore the key advantages when integrating it into the banking ecosystem.
Methods. Normative and integrated approaches to the study ensure the validity, reliability, and argumentation of our recommendations We also use such general scientific methods as comparative analysis, classification, problem analysis, ranking, and systems approach.
Results. The article analyzes the significance and specifics of creating hybrid digital platforms in the context of banking ecosystems formation and development; reveals the importance of a balanced approach to combining traditional banking services and innovative digital solutions to create a sustainable and competitive ecosystem; presents a model of a hybrid digital platform as part of large-scale strategies for the formation of banking ecosystems.
Conclusions. Transformation of banking services based on the development and implementation of digital platforms enables to adapt banking activities to the standards of the digital economy, increase the efficiency of implementation of a client-oriented approach, ensure the required level of profitability of the banking business, and build the bank’s own ecosystem through the introduction of digital financial technologies.
