Subject. The article addresses the global education market.
Objectives. The purpose is to perform a critical analysis of the global education market.
Methods. The study employs general scientific methods.
Results. The study determined that competition in this market and testing of new business models set the pace of its institutional improvement with the emergence of new market niches at the forefront of innovations that abolish traditional models of education.
Conclusions. The subversive process of displacement will not go through struggle with old models. It will go through the creation of new product solutions that form an emphatically non-price base for the competition of educational products, as befits the education industry by its nature.
