On Assessing Certain Factors of Russia and CIS Countries Integration

17 years have passed since the USSR crashed and the CIS was created. It resulted in collapse of relations between the economic entities, and the integrity of technological process was lost, causing destruction of several industries in ex-Soviet republics. Economists agree on the main reason of CIS development failure, i.e. lack of cooperation between the economic entities.
