This article discusses the direction of creating an innovative system in the region, on the basis of formation of appropriate infrastructure by ensuring the integration of regional resources in the new organizational level. The author proposed a center for innovation development of Southern Russia in a single organizational and economic of the complex, aimed at ensuring conditions for innovation and breakthrough economics of each region.
