Entrepreneurship in the regional economy is an important factor in development. Innovative entrepreneurship is considered as the only factor in the intensification of the economic life of society. There is a considerable number of definitions of innovation. Most innovations are considered as the process of introducing new scientific developments, resulting in a controlled system passes into a qualitatively new state, which is largely due to an innovative structure.
