Analysis experience using tools of technological platforms for development of innovation in European Union and information opportunities of applications in Russia

Keywords: The article generalizes the experience of innovative development of economy of the countries of the European Union on the basis of use of technological platforms. The authors show a role of these tools in increase of interaction of cluster structures and the main directions of receiving synergetic effect. The paper reveals organizational and information possibilities using the tools of technological platforms in Russia for innovative development of economic systems of separate clusters or the region as a whole.
