Importance As agricultural segments get more active, it requires productive security of the State, and fuels a growth in animal stock and the issue of manure (poultry litter) utilization, on the one hand, and the need to increase agricultural crops, on the other hand. It is impossible without an increase in soil fertility and the use of organic fertilizers respectively. The research focuses on organizational and economic patterns of managing technological processes of production and the use of organic fertilizers.
Objectives The research substantiates organizational and economic approaches and tools to implement them in managing technological processes of organic fertilizers production and their use to increase the profitability of plant cultivation and cattle breeding.
Methods To address specific issues in line with their nature, I applied the abstraction and logic method to devise a set of criteria reflecting the efficiency of integration processes and subsequently build a production infrastructure for supplying organic fertilizers. The research also involves the estimation and constructive method to analyze technological processes of production and the use of organic fertilizers.
Results Having used the hierarchical system of resource- and product-based models for optimizing the production and transportation of organic fertilizers and allocating resource processing sites, I attempted to generate a set of strategic managerial decisions to align and increase the level of organic substances supplied for agricultural fields. The article proposes tactical and operational managerial decisions formulated as governmental programs at the district and municipal levels.
Conclusions and Relevance Integration processes pursue the improvement of production infrastructure at agricultural enterprises. I devised and recommended the set of resource- and product-based models that worked on the resource saving principles, contributed to economic efficiency of technological process of producing and using organic fertilizers at various levels, and increasing the profitability of agricultural segments.
