Subject. The article addresses issues of globalization of the financial services market and Russia's integration into international financial institutions.
Objectives. The purpose is to analyze the impact of international sanctions on the development of financial technologies in Russia, search for forms of Russia's participation in the global process of financial sector digitalization.
Methods. The study employs general scientific methods of research.
Results. The paper offers forms of Russia's participation in the activities of international financial institutions that neither contradict the protection of the country's national interests nor impede the development of integration within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and other structures, where Russia plays an important role.
Conclusions. The findings can be considered when drafting proposals for the development of infrastructure projects, strengthening Russia's information security.
