Subject. This article discusses the issues of adapting methods for managing innovative projects to rapidly changing technological trends.
Objectives. The article aims to develop practical recommendations for organizations operating in the modern digital environment and implementing ESG principles.
Methods. For the study, we used statistical and systems analyses, and the expert assessment method.
Results. The article presents the author-developed organizational model for managing innovative projects, which provides for the use of digital and ESG tools to improve the efficiency of project management.
Conclusions. The integration of modern digital technologies and ESG approaches into the management of innovative projects contributes to improving their efficiency and sustainable development of organizations.
