Priorities of post-crisis investment policy at the regional level(case study of the Republic of Mordovia)

The article analyses top priorities of the regional investment policy (case study of the Republic of Mordovia) and evaluates the investment process and its factors that describe the economy restoration after the transformational crisis in the 90-s.
     The author proves that the present post-crisis period urges local authorities to create an efficient investment structure consisting of promising investment projects and programs, stimulation mechanisms for domestic and foreign investment, efficient investment support, investment climate improvement, and modern information support of investors.
