Outsourcing: benefits and implications of multimodal approach

One of the external criterion of the present-day market economy in the Russian Federation is straining of competitive activities of manufacturers, which results in aiming at accelerated improving the existing products and developing new competitve ones. On the one hand external companies involved to prepare and implement a project or a part thereof help to save time, money and to improve quality. However on the other hand outsourcing new product development makes manufacturers depend thereon. The author draws his analytical conclusions proceeding from this issue.
