The article deals with the influence of integration processes on the investment activity of the region, with other regional experiences to be used in order to promote the efficiency of the regional investment policy. Integration processes intensification results in levelling the economic development and living standards, as well as in the improvement of the production, financial and social infrastructure; this makes the study topical.
