Regional paradigm of economic modernization: investment component

The author uses new methods to study new tools and ways of giving start to regional modernization processes with focus on the management of its quality development of its investment potential. The informational toolkit proposed for such purpose is tested in the most important infrastructure complex of the region, i.e. transport, by means of supplementing quantitative methods with qualitative evaluation of structural components of the transport complex potential in order to generally promote the efficiency of the investment potential management.
