Investment prospects of the fishing complex in the Kamchatka region

The article deals with the investment development tendencies of the fishing complex in the Kamchatka region; the author analyses the main investment factors and ascertains priority investment lines. The author supposes that integrated development of the fishing complex potential and the associated infrastructure should be its priority investment line. The author also reckons investment as advanced capital passing from formation on to allocation and growth; furthermore he states that the peculiarities of investments in fishing complexes are caused by the scope and specific character of operations, technological features of goods production and sale, natural and geographic conditions, as well as the public taxation policy.
