Development of method of prognostication of necessity of regional economy in specialists with higher professional education in the conditions of global economic crisis (by the example of Volgograd region)

A situation, folded to the present tense at the regional market, is examined in this article, when a structural disbalance between a labour market and market of educational services of region was aggravated the consequences of economic crisis - mass freeing on the major concerns of key industrial industries of area and growth of unemployment. For overcoming of this situation the method of prognostication of necessity of regional economy in specialists with higher professional education is offered. This method foresees: conducting of retrospective analysis of correlation of dynamics busy in an economy and production volume; prognostication of dynamics of gross regional product and determination of change of level a general quantity busy and busy with higher professional education within the framework of three scenarios of further development of area; adjustment of annual prognosis necessity of economy of region in labour resources on the types of economic activity; exposure of the perspective combined into larger units groups of specialties of higher professional education.
