Features of a policy and experience of nationalization, privatization and privatization of the public property are considered. Results of creation and development of multistructure market economy are shown, special role and mission of state ownership in the conditions of Republics Sakhas (Yakutia) are proved. Perspective directions of perfection of relations of the property are defined.
