A distinctive feature of modern economic development is the increasing non-equilibrium and non-linearity. In the corporate dynamics, especially high-tech industries, more and more clearly the effects of complexly organized systems reflected. Organized coordination of cyclic processes within the local production system is a nonlinear change in its output characteristics. In connection with this problem of management of innovation processes can be reduced to achieve such effects
