The innovative development of Russia prospects of the Republic of Tatarstan on optimistic estimates of the development of key industries and sectors with a view of realization on the territory of large investment projects in oil refining, petrochemical, machine-building complexes, manufacturing and processing of agricultural products, regional infrastructure are considered in the article.
