The article analyzes the competitive position of economic entities SKFO to implement entrepreneurial capacity. The author evaluates the competitiveness of regional economies based on a composite index of territory along the lines of the global index of competitiveness of national economy. The calculations determine the profile of the competitiveness of each region, a comparison that is important to identify areas of socio-economic development. The implementation of competitive advantage is considered as a general factor of sustainable development of the regional socio-economic system.
