System of strategic management of power efficiency in regions

In the article the main problems are investigated, priority purposes of management by energy saving and power efficiency at regional level are defined. Integration principles of management are systematized and developed. On the basis of the analysis of experience of the Republic of Buryatiya in the sphere of energy saving basic elements of system of programmed control by power efficiency are created. Instruments of decrease in power consumption in this region are offered.
