In the article the situation that complex modernization of financial control is capable to provide the prolonged synergetic effect for a system of region economy management are proved and confirmed : improvement of quality of activity of control bodies, increase of the budgetary efficiency at the expense of the prevention of a no-purpose expenditure of budgetary funds.
