Study of functioning of regional socio-economic system factors using factor analysis (on example of the Altai area)

The possibility of influencing factors on the economy of the region is considered. Using these factors, it is possible to receive recommendations for a choice of the target direction of investments into economy for improvement of the parameters characterizing quality of life. It is noted that it is expedient to use such factors for development of a model of economy of the region in the form of system of the differential equations. Under the change of structure of factors the right parts of the differential equations have to be corrected.
