Shannon Free Trade Zone is one of the key positions in the economy of Ireland. The creation and development of free economic zones is one of the popular trends in the global economy. It has been made for attracting foreign investment in specific regions of the country, and for developing of production and human resources of the region. On the example of SEZ Shannon shows how using a competent management policy and the benefits of a specific region to intensify and diversify economic development.
