Information and analytical support for management and control of movement of funds in budget organization (the Dagestan State University)

In the article it is noted that transformation of a funding mechanism for activity of the budgetary establishments puts in the forefront need of improvement of information and analytical ensuring management and control of cash flows as one of prerequisites of increase of efficiency of financial and economic activity and improvement of an economic condition of data of establishments. Authors developed and introduced in the financial system of the Dagestan state university the automated "Cash Flow in Budgetary Organizations" program based on new approaches to formation of information base, providing expeditious adoption of the reasonable administrative decisions connected with cash flow.
