The article submits the assessment of the effectiveness of the investment policy of the Komi Republic. Theoretical-and-methodological and methodical approaches to such an assessment were determined and some applied aspects as well. The author set forth certain recommendations on enhancement of the regional investment policy to ensure the economic growth in the region.
