Subject This article discusses the application of the Lean Culture concept to increase the competitiveness of a regional innovation cluster. Objectives The article aims to theoretically justify the key aspects of the Lean Culture concept implementation at the enterprises of innovation cluster. Methods For the study, I used the methods of logical, cause-and-effect, comparative, functional, and graphical analyses, generalization, and the indicative approach. Results The article offers a developed original approach to the indicative estimation of the performance of lean production systems. Conclusions The Lean Culture concept application by participants of the innovation cluster can help increase the competitiveness of the region on the whole.
