Subject This article examines the system of strategic management of social and economic development of the closed administrative-territorial units of the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM.
Objectives The article aims to improve the effectiveness of strategic management of the closed administrative-territorial units.
Methods For the study, we used a factor analysis.
Results The article describes and offers tools to ensure a consistency of regional and corporate interests in the field of strategic management. It also proposes a developed original method of formation of a system of harmonization of strategic goals and tasks of socio-economic development of the closed administrative-territorial unit, State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM and the region. The article shows an organizational and logical pattern, that within the preferential tax treatment, can help combine the advantages of high-tech production of the State Corporation and the interests of residents of the priority social and economic development area in the sphere of small business and municipal community.
Conclusions When forming the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM's strategies in single-industry towns, it is expedient to consider the priority social and economic development area as a spatial instrument of coordination of regional and corporate interests. When solving common problems, the cooperation between the closed administrative-territorial unit, State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM and the region's authorities will help improve the efficiency of budget spending on the creation of a better industrial and social infrastructure.
