Methods For the study, I used the methods of statistical and content analyses, sampling observation, disciplinary management techniques, and the case method.
Results The article presents data on the principles, status and prospects of Chinese companies operating in Russia. It also analyzes the components of business culture and offers certain models of organizational culture of the Chinese companies under study.
Conclusions The management culture of Chinese companies operating in Russia is somewhat different from the Russian one.
