Subject. This article discusses the ability of business organizations to adapt to a dynamic external environment, and the development of internal communications in a modern enterprise.
Objectives. The article aims to systematize the key factors that affect human resource management and contribute to the achievement of strategic goals of the business organization.
Methods. For the study, I used a systems analysis.
Conclusions. The article finds that personnel policies and the state of the internal and external competitive environment are the most important factors affecting the functioning of enterprises. Constant monitoring of these factors contributes to the development of comprehensive strategies that help handle human resource management issues in an effective manner.
